This is the best sausage roll recipe and it has been passed down for generations. It’s perfect when you have lots of guests during the holidays.
1 pound roll of mild sausage
1 pound roll of hot sausage
Blend together by hand.
1 package of frozen Parker House rolls (or any brand of frozen rolls)
Let thaw, but not too much. Cut into thirds.
Roll sausage into small balls. Flatten dough and wrap around sausage. Put on a cookie sheet. Cook at 350 until light golden brown. Enjoy!
