Ultimate Eggnog Cheesecake

How could you possible go wrong presenting this in your home or as a Holiday dessert to bring to a friend’s?

Ultimate Eggnog Cheesecake


2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

1/2 cup good eggnog (we mean GOOD, like heavy)

1/2 cup sugar

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons dark rum or brandy, whichever your preference (oh, and we guess this is optional…but we really wouldn’t know)

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg (we promise it makes a difference)

9-inch graham cracker crust (store-bought works great here)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients (except the crust!) in a blender or food processor and pour into the graham cracker crust. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done. (Pro-tip:  if it looks nearly set and only a small circle in the center jiggles slightly, it is done) Also, please let cool completely before even thinking about putting it into the refrigerator. If you don’t, it will get soggy and much less appealing. We don’t want you to lose that wow-factor!
