The Skinny Protein Shake

Chocolate banana protein shake

Need a quick and easy solution for breakfast? We have a great option for you – our chocolate banana protein shake. We promise that you won’t believe this is “breakfast” – it tastes as though you’ve just gone out to a great ice cream or specialty coffee shop!

Ingredients (per serving):

1 heaping scoop of chocolate protein powder (we prefer one without artificial sweeteners)

1/2 banana

1/2 teaspoon instant coffee (optional)

1/3 cup water

4-5 ice cubes

Directions:

Toss all the ingredients together in a blender (yes, we use the magic bullet) and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
