Congrats Lakeisha! You ARE an inspiration and a beautiful soul. Something that worked for me very well in addition to working out and walking is juicing. I lost 40 pounds in 60 days. I does not cost much, only the price of a juicer and raw fruits and veggies. Google Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead and check out the video. It tells you all there is to know. Namaste!

Congratulations Lakeisha!! You are so beautiful; Your radiate positivity and perseverance and, although I do not personally know you, I am so proud of what you’ve accomplished!!! I suffer from acute depression myself and have found exercise to be the best antidote there is, better than any medication I’ve ever tried! You are a such a positive role model! I applaud your strength not only to challenge yourself physically, but to share your story with all of us as well!! Sending lots of love and blessings to you♥♥♥

    Hi Lakeisha!

I am so proud of you, and the amazing progress you’ve made to date. I too have been challenged over the years with being severely overweight, and have been able to release well over 100 lbs (when you lose something, there’s always that chance of finding it again, so I release it!), and have kept it off successfully for over 6 years. I would be happy to coach you through the nutrition portion for free if you would like. It would be my pleasure!

    Congratulations. You’re on you way!

Lakeisha, I am so proud of you. You are such an inspiration. My daughters & I joined a gym last week but have not really stepped up to the consistency plate. I am sending this video to them so that we can all be inspired to continue on the journey. Girl, you are doing it!!! You should be the poster child for all women that really want to lose. A real woman facing her demons. I love it. Keep up the good work.

Lakeisha, you are doing a wonderful thing for yourself. Set your goals and keep focused on them, you will become who you are meant to be. I too am 100 lbs over my ideal weight. Also I am 61 years old and know I really need inspiration to get moving again. Watching you has sparked something inside of me to join you in your fitness quest. I’m tired of being tired, and feeling unattractive. I want to lose the excess weight or as MJ put it “release” it. I like that! Here’s to a new beginning for all of us who need and want a healthy lifestyle!! Keep it up girl!!!
